China noticed that the US Department of Commerce recently issued a guide to attempt to ban China's advanced computing chips around the world, including specific Huawei Suspension chips, on the grounds that the so-called presumption violates US export controls. The US measures are typical unilateral bullying and protectionist practices, which seriously damage the stability of the global semiconductor industry chain and supply chain, and deprive other countries of the right to develop high-tech industries such as advanced computing chips and artificial intelligence.

China stressed that the US measures are suspected of posing discriminatory restrictions on Chinese companies. Any organization or individual who implements or assists in the implementation of US measures will be suspected of violating the "Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations and must bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
