During the 9th OPEC International Seminar, Ghaith told reporters, "Our member countries all have good relations with China and maintain close cooperation with Chinese energy companies." He said that Chinese companies have carried out investment cooperation with OPEC member countries, and the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides is deepening.

OPEC pointed out in its latest report that despite the external pressure brought about by US tariff measures, China's economy still showed a steady growth momentum in the first half of this year, exports maintained a strong growth trend, and domestic consumption continued to provide strong support.

Speaking of the development prospects of China's economy, Ghaith said that OPEC is full of confidence in the continued growth of China's economy and the economic development plan formulated by the Chinese government, which is also reflected in OPEC's monthly report and long-term market report.
