Trade sources have stated that import supply may be affected this month as many suppliers have not yet obtained BIS certification. The price of polyester cotton yarn remains stable.

In the Surat market in Gujarat state, the price of polyester yarn has increased, with the price of 30 polyester yarns increasing by 2-3 rupees to 142-143 rupees per kilogram (excluding consumption tax), and the price of 40 polyester yarns reaching 157-158 rupees per kilogram.
